The following is some advices for you:
1). If you are using BES, MobFinance could not
successfully connect to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES)
with Mobile Data Service (MDS).
If you intend to connect via BES: Mobile Data Service
must be enabled on the BES. If your BES fulfills these
requirements, the issue may be that you do not have an
appropriate IPPP service book entry synchronized to your
handheld. You may need to consult your system administrator
for help in synchronizing an appropriate service book entry
and/or isolating the connection problem further.
2). If you are standalone users: please First of all
check TCP/IP settings on your device, you can Enable TCP on
your device. If you are not sure about the TCP setting
information, please consult your ISP. The following is an
example:
Rogers (USA)
Go to Options->TCP (or Tools->TCP)
APN: internet.com
Username/password is blank
Note: If this does not work, call Rogers and get the
"internet.com Access Point Name" added to your account. If
they say it already exists, tell them to load up the records
anyway, just to doublecheck.

1. What's RSS? Why should
I use RSS?
A: RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a way for web sites
to publish just the headlines to their news articles, each
with a link to the full story. This means you don't need to
download full web pages to see if there are any new stories
of interest, saving time and download costs. Currently, RSS
feeds are available from most news sites - look for the Rss
or ATOM buttons on your favorite pages. This allows peoples’
computers to fetch and understand the information, so that
all of the lists they’re interested in can be tracked and
personalized for them. It is a format that’s intended for
use by computers on behalf of people, rather than being
directly presented to them (like HTML).
2. Why don't certain
characters, such as ü and å display properly?
A: If non-standard register characters are escaped in the
source feed XML, they will not display properly. Un-escaped
special characters are known problem, however,
Intelligence-embedded XML parser & error revisor of Imoblife
softwares can solve this problem to a great extent. Just try
it!
3. Why I recieves "RSS address
is wrong: error 400" on my BlackBerry?
A: The error message of "RSS address is wrong: error 400"
means that the http request of RssNews is returned with a
"http error code 400" from the outgoing server.
There isone possibility: That your blackberryare using BES,
and there is a content filter for anything originating from
the IP address of your BES ( which blocks RssNews's
message.)
Please refer to
here
for details.
If possible, you can also contact your BES administror to
help to solve this problem for you.

problem I am facing is whenever I trying to get quote like
INFOSYSTC.NS or 600209.BO and other so many symbols, the
result is "input symbol is invalid!" I've tried many times
but fail to get the desired results.
A: After you select the exchange for each quote,
you need not to input suffix for each symbol. For example,
you should only input "600209" instead of "600209.BO".
